ARUNACHALS

Uttarakhand, popularly known as Devbhumi, is a land of untouched natural beauty and divine spirituality. Carved out from Uttar Pradesh this place not only boasts of a picturesque view of the Himalayas but also exhibits a cultural ethos which speaks of a simplistic and harmonic coexistence with nature. Uttarakhand is all about oaks, birches, silver firs and rhododendrons beautifying the steep mountain slopes. The state is a very popular pilgrimage site and comprises of ancient temples, forest reserves, hill stations and mountain peaks. Gangotri

It is a pilgrimage destination situtated in Uttarkashi and is famous for the four religious centres. Gangotri is one of the Chhota Char Dham.

Kedarnath

Perched high at a height of 3584 meters, Kedarnath is one of the holiest pilgrim centres in the lap of Garhwali Himalayas. It is said that to evade the Pandavas, Lord Shiva hid himsef in the form of a bull in Kedarnath.

Auli

Auli is a popular hill resort dotted with apple orchards, oaks and deodars. There are quite many religious destinations scattered around Auli.

Almora

Almora, shaped like a shoe horse is a hill station, cradled in the wilderness of Himalayan ranges. It promises its tourists with a visit full fun and unforgettable moments.

Nainital

It is a charming hill station placed at the green foothills of the Kumaon ranges in the Himalayas. This little town boasts of a pleasant climate throughout the year.

Mussorie

Placed at an altitude of 6000 ft, Mussorie is a popular hill station famous for its religious sites and colonial heritage. It is the perfect retreat from the sweltering weather of the plains.
